NL // Wikkel, verwikkel, ontwikkel. De creativiteit en vindingrijkheid waarmee mensen hun contacten op een andere manier zijn gaan vormgeven is de inspiratie geweest voor de voorstelling Wikkel. Een voorstelling waarbij materialen geïntegreerd worden om fysiek contact te zoeken, vinden en vast te houden. Die blik, de schommel, het kopje koffie, het zweven, touw, contact in de afstand, vliegen zonder te raken en fluisteren in de menigte. Verwikkeld in ruis.
Wikkel wordt gedanst door dansers tussen de 9 en 50 jaar oud. Enerzijds speels, anderzijds ruw.
ENG // Wrap, envelop, develop. The creativity and ingenuity with which people have begun to reshape their moments of contact has been the inspiration for this performance. NL // Puur, aards, eerlijk. Danstheater Aard is een danstheatergezelschap waarin dansers tussen de 9 en 50 jaar met elkaar verbonden zijn. Individualiteit, gelijkwaardigheid, improvisatie en contactimprovisatie spelen hierin een grote rol. Lijven zowel klein als groot en sterk en kwetsbaar krioelen samen over het podium. Speel, speler, speelser. Aard is een groep mensen die noch kind nog volwassen zijn.
