Hier komt samen wat nog gaat gebeuren en alles wat al is geweest, de plek waar je je weggelopen cavia kunt vinden, je afgevallen kilo’s kunt achterlaten, en waar je je gekilde darlings een tweede kans kunt geven. Waar je je purpose kunt vinden en je eigen onschuld kweekt. Het is de laatste kans om van richting te veranderen. Wij schenken je lot in en jij krijgt een tweede kans op invulling.

Here, everything that has been and everything that has happend comes together. It’s the place where you can find your lost guinea pig, dump the weight you’ve lost or give the ‘darlings you’ve killed’ a second chance. It’s where you can find your purpose and cultivate your innocence. It is the last chance to change directions. We will serve you your destiny and you get a second chance at completion.

NL // Collectief RAM bestaat uit Rosa Berman, Mette Oskamp en Annemijn Sluijs. Ze hebben elkaar leren kennen op de opleiding ArtEZ Muziektheater in Arnhem. In 2019 maakten zij samen hun eerste performance getiteld ‘Mephisto’. Daar ontdekten ze dat hun stemmen, humor en ideeën over makerschap overeenkwamen en begon de samenwerking.
Hun muzikaliteit, die zich uit in driestemmige zang en in instrumentale muziek, is de basis voor alle voorstellingen die zij maken. De onderwerpen die ze aansnijden zijn vaak geïnspireerd door oude mythologieën en grote thema´s die daarin voorkomen, zoals sterfelijkheid. Muzikaal leiden zij het publiek door hun verhalen heen om zo het publiek te verleiden om na te denken over leven en dood.
ENG // Collectief RAM consists of Rosa Berman, Mette Oskamp and Annemijn Sluijs. They met while studying Musical Theater at ArtEZ in Arnhem. In 2019 they made their first performance together titled ‘Mephisto’ and discovered that their voices, humour and ideas about creatorship matched.
Their musicality, expressed in three-part harmonies and in instrumental music, is the basis for all the performances they make. The subjects they deal with are often inspired by ancient mythologies and major themes, such as mortality. Musically, they lead the audience through their stories in order to entice them to think about life and death.
