NL // Vanaf 2017 toerde het uit de hand gelopen trio langs vestzaktheaters in Nederland en Vlaanderen met (eigen) ver- en herhalingen van Leonard Cohen nummers. Na een gedwongen stop waarin ze de live cd ‘Van overheidswege gesloten’ uitbrachten, trekt de achtkoppige ‘Fanfare van Honger en Dorst’ weer de theaters langs. Cohen keert in het repertoire terug, maar daarnaast ‘doen’ ze ook Paul Simon, liedjes uit de theatervoorstellingen ‘Mistero Buffo’ en ‘Onder het Melkwoud’, en vele andere grootse hits.
ENG // Starting in 2017, the out-of-control trio toured small theaters in the Netherlands and Belgium with renditions and reruns of Leonard Cohen songs. After a forced stop during which they released the live CD ‘Van overheidswege gesloten’, the eight-piece ‘Fanfare of Hunger and Thirst’ is touring again. Cohen returns in the repertoire, but they also ‘do’ Paul Simon, songs from the theater shows ‘Mistero Buffo’ and ‘Onder het Melkwoud’, and many other hits.

NL // Trio Cor Nuiten XL is een Nederlandse band, met als belangrijskte leden Don van Dijke, Pim van Alten en Jeroen S. Rozendaal. Oorspronkelijk speelde ze als trio, maar de laatste jaren is de groep uitgegroeid tot 9 leden. Vandaar de XL in hun bandnaam.
