NL // Muziektheatercollectief MYNX bestaat uit Amelie Ackx en Myrthe van der Vuurst de Vries. Beiden studeerden zij in 2022 af aan de opleiding Muziektheater aan Codarts Rotterdam. MYNX zoekt naar het ontmoetingspunt tussen theater en muziek. Aan de hand van zelfgeschreven tekst, nieuw geschreven muziek, meerstemmige zang, humor en poëzie maken zij vernieuwend en toegankelijk muziektheater over onderwerpen die vandaag de dag spelen, of over onderwerpen die zij gewoon waanzinnig interessant vinden.
ENG // MYNX is a music theater collective by Amelie Ackx and Myrthe van der Vuurst de Vries. In 2022 they graduated from the BA Music theater at Codarts University for the Arts. MYNX explores the meeting point between theater and music. Through self written text, newly written music, vocal harmonies, humor and poetry they make renewed and accessible performances about topics that matter today. Or about subjects that they simply find incredibly fascinating.
