NL // Collectief KARMA, bestaande uit Karlijn van Kruchten en Maxime Schräder, maakt muziektheater waarin ze maatschappelijke problematiek willen aankaarten en taboes willen doorbreken. Ze zijn continu op zoek naar een vernieuwende (theatrale) verbintenis met de samenleving en vertalen deze door middel van tekst, zang, elektronische en klassieke muziek en saxofoonspel naar muziektheater. Van eenzaamheid tot intimiteit, van liefde op het eerste gezicht tot hard-core feminist. KARMA tells it all and everything in-between.
ENG // Collective KARMA, consisting of Karlijn van Kruchten and Maxime Schräder, creates musical theatre performances in which they address social-cultural issues and break conventions. They constantly search for a new (theatrical) connection with society through texts, song, electronic as well as classical music, and saxophone play. From loneliness to intimacy, from love at first sight to hard-core feminist. KARMA tells it all and everything in-between.
